How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your spam box. If you do not receive your order after 14 days from purchase, please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping - Typically orders are shipped within 1-2 days and arriving in 7 to 8 business days.

What should I do if my journal arrives damaged or defective?

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through our Contact Page.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Generally, we do not accept returns for books ordered by customers unless the book is defective or damaged. This means that if a customer simply changes their mind, they might not be able to return the book for a refund.

Can I change my order once it's placed?

If you need to cancel an order, you should contact Lulu customer support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered the production phase, they may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. However, if the order is already in production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. support@lulu.com or visit lulu's website for live chat options.
